A new gem in the Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC. Having produced wine for centuries, Margüi fell into oblivion in 1970. Coming back to life in year 2000, it quickly expressed its impetuous personality : 2003, Château Margüi's first vintage, turned out to be very succesful. In 2004, our Terroir confirmed a great potential to access Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC, and the white made the 2006 Hachette Guide with 2 stars. Several Michelin-starred restaurants have since selected our wines on their lists ; vintage 2008 accessed full Organic certification and from the 2010 vintage, we started applying bio-dynamic processes in order to produce lively, natural and vivid wines that fully express Margüi's pristine environment.
