A perfectly peaceful place for escaping the rush of daily life and embracing the authentic pleasures of the 300-acre Estate: the scents of lavender, the welcome shade of century old oak and olive trees with long summer days lulled by chirping cicadas. The land is blessed with three natural springs which nourish the vineyards and formal gardens. Home grown vegetables from the kitchen garden are used to inspire our Mediterranean menus and farm to table cuisine prepared by the Estate chefs and served with the Skywalker Retreats warm and discreet hospitality.
